2 weeks designed to kick off your summer season in the studios. Take this chance to begin your summer training early and prepare for your other intensives, find your rhythm for the season, and get a jump start on your summer goals. .
Each summer, Ballet Pensacola offers a fully equipped staff of local teachers, including Academy Director, Debi Janea and Pre-Professional Division Manager, Veronica Ramirez Casanova. Ballet Pensacola also welcomes at least 3 guest teachers from around the world to help dancers experience multiple styles and techniques that students can incorporate into their training year-round.
All intensive programs include classes from 9:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-4:30pm.
This program includes opportunities for outings with Ballet Pensacola including a trip to the beautiful Pensacola beaches!

Registration materials needed for new and existing students

- Photo in tendu a la seconde
- Brief 3–5-minute video of ballet class work including tendu, ronde de jambe, adage, and battement (Barre) and tendu, adage, pirouette, petit allegro (Center). Pointe shoes are required in center for dancers interested in advanced level.
(Existing BP students do not need to submit a video)
June 16-July 11, 2025
Ages 12-21
A 4-week intensive program designed for intermediate and advanced dancers ages 12 to 21. Students will participate in at least 6 hours of training per day. Classes include Ballet technique, Pointe, Variations, Men’s classes, Partnering, Jazz, PBT, Character, Modern, and Pilates.

Our Young Dancer Intensive is a two-week session great for experienced students or serious beginners. The program includes strong ballet training, theories, and other dance disciplines. Classes are designed to be an introduction of the full ballet intensive experience and students train and work as young professionals.
For Ballet Pensacola students in Primary 1-3 and Levels 1-2
July 14 -25, 2025
Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 1:00pm
Cost: $350 per week or $600 for the full two-week session
Recommended for ages 5-7.
Four weeks of expanding ballet knowledge and learning to be the best ballerina or cavalier. Ballerina Camp inspires and brings well rounded dance education to the next generation of young dancers.
Ballerina Camp is Monday - Thursday from 1:00 - 4:00pm
Cost: $185 per week of $650 for all four weeks.
June 16-19 - Cinderella Camp
June 23-26 - Alice in Wonderland Camp
July 14-17 - The Wizard of Oz Camp
July 21-24 - The Nutcracker Camp
Recommended for ages 3-5.
Four weeks full of ballet, dancing, themed story time, and dance activities. Each dancer is given the opportunity to express themselves through movement while learning the fundamentals of ballet.
Creative Dance Camp is Monday - Thursday from 9:00am - 12:00pm
Cost: $185 per week or $650 for all four weeks
